Prescriptions
If you need a repeat prescription, please submit your request at least ten working days before your medication runs out. A charge applies, and Dr Wise reviews and completes requests on Mondays and Fridays during his clinic. Request a prescription.

Please note that we are not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in crisis or needs immediate support, please contact NHS 111, your GP, or dial 999 in an emergency.
