Wiser Minds Ltd is a company providing private medical services and psychiatric medico-legal opinion services.

Personal information that may be disclosed to Wiser Minds Ltd may include information in relation to: name, address, and date of birth.
 
In addition, personal information relating to the assessment of the injury/medical issue(s) suffered by an individual may also be disclosed to us. Any personal information disclosed to us will be used in the management of the relevant individual's claim. It will be disclosed to a third party as instructed, for example to the medical expert(s) instructed in the case.
 
Wiser Minds Ltd will only ask for information relating to the relevant individual's claim/query.
 
Wiser Minds Ltd will keep all personal information confidential and will take suitable steps to protect the personal information it holds from loss or theft.
 
The personal data we hold will be stored on cloud-based storage compliant with GDPR regulations.
 
No third parties will have access to personal information held by Wiser Minds Ltd unless it is required as part of an individual's claim/query.
 
We are required under UK law to keep information for a minimum of seven years or until the conclusion of a case. At that time, the information we hold, both paper and electronic, will be destroyed.
 
In some instances, we are required to keep information indefinitely, such as when ordered by the court. If this is the case, we will inform you.
