Private practice
I offer clear and supportive care for adults with a range of mental health needs, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD and workplace stress.
In my independent practice, I provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing care for adults with a range of mental health conditions, especially depression and anxiety.
I have particular expertise in adult ADHD and work extensively with professionals in high-pressure environments where symptoms such as executive dysfunction or emotional dysregulation may be affecting performance.
Support for professionals in demanding roles
Many of my patients work in the City of London or other high-functioning environments. My aim is to help you understand your condition and find the right treatment that leads to measurable improvements in wellbeing and performance.
Depression and Anxiety Disorders
I work with professionals who experience depression or anxiety linked to the pressures of high-demand roles. My approach is to identify how these conditions affect your wellbeing and performance, and to provide treatment that helps you manage symptoms effectively while maintaining balance at work and in daily life.
ADHD diagnostic assessments
I provide assessments for adults who may be experiencing symptoms of ADHD. These can take place in person or remotely, depending on your needs. The assessment is structured to give you a clear understanding of your condition and its impact on daily life and, where appropriate, discussion of treatment options and strategies to manage symptoms.
Support for co-occurring conditions
In my experience, patients often have more than one condition to contend with, whether related to physical or mental health. These can interact with each other, adding to the complexity. I work with patients to support and manage all the symptoms and conditions that affect their mental health and well-being.
Medication review and management
I conduct regular medication reviews to ensure you are getting the most benefit from your treatment. Given the nature of the medication, this is an essential part of the treatment process.
Tailored treatment planning
Everyone is unique and responds to treatment in different ways. I will listen to your needs, aims, and what you hope to achieve, and work with you to provide a plan that gives the best chance of success and works for you.
Challenges I help with
Concentration and organisation difficulties
Burnout or anxiety related to undiagnosed neurodiversity
Challenges with emotional regulation or time management
Conflict with your employer
Prescriptions
If you need a repeat prescription, please submit your request at least ten working days before your medication runs out. A charge applies, and Dr Wise reviews and completes requests on Mondays and Fridays during his clinic.
